BUDDYVIBE is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Below you will find our complete shipping terms.
Free Shipping
All orders placed on our website qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required. Expedited and international shipping options are not currently offered.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
We require 1 to 3 business days to process, pack, and hand off your order to our carrier. Handling time begins after your order is confirmed and payment is authorized. Weekends and federal holidays are not counted as business days for handling.
Transit Time
Once your package is with the carrier, standard transit takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery to most addresses in the contiguous United States. Delivery times may vary for remote or rural locations. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather events.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ensure reliable delivery. The specific carrier for your package will be determined at the time of shipping based on destination and package size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or directly on the carrier’s site. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to physical addresses within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. No international shipping is available at this time.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. BUDDYVIBE is not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
