BUDDYVIBE Return Policy

At BUDDYVIBE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day window. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and processed.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request (approval or rejection). If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment account. Refund processing typically takes 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment service provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.
